Brilliant location, flawless hotel, marvelous rooms. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a seating area, a writing desk, and iron and ironing board in the room. Unique atmosphere, absolutely stunning and particularly nice breakfast on the roof top.

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton in Moscow and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead, anticipating my every need. Even the security personnel greeted me with a rare display of warmth. The hotel decor exuded timeless luxury, and the rooftop bar was a fantastic perk. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were amazing , the desgin of hotel was very cool , it had a great mix of clssic luxury and boutique chic.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel. The staff were attentive and helpful, especially Victoria, the duty manager. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to Red Square and with amazing views of the Kremlin and Bolshoi. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff's hospitality and manners were impeccable, and the breakfast was delicious.

The venue is wonderful and gorgeous, its location is magnificent, not far from the GUM mall and other tourist attractions and the Kremlin. The staff are extraordinary service-minded and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. The hotel serves great affordable breakfasts on the rooftop.

Spent my New Year's Eve in a fancy hotel that offered some complementary drinks and chocolates in the common area. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, close to the famous landmarks and the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful in recommending some interesting spots around the city.

The hotel charged exorbitant prices for everything, from food to drinks, which made it difficult to maintain the budget during my stay.

The Ritz-Carlton exceeded my expectations with its superb service and excellent amenities. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and Nespresso coffee machine in my Club Room. The staff were attentive and always anticipated my needs. The location, just steps from the Kremlin, was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to assist. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I especially enjoyed the view from the top floor patio, it was fantastic! Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of international dishes, including caviar.

The view from my room did not match the picture advertised. It would have been nice if the hotel had suggested an upgrade for a fee, especially since we were celebrating a special occasion.
